Edgar and Lecille were part of the pioneering team that planted TJFM. Today Edgar and Lecille, together with the TJFM Core Group, provide leadership to the entire TJFM family. They also pastor the English congregation. The English congregation is the original congregation which initiated efforts that gave rise to Libertad, Taligaman, Cebuano, Evening, and Youth congregations.

Santiago "Dong" and Leizel pioneered the Cebuano congregation, and now pastor it. Dong, together with the Cebuano congregation Core Group, pioneered the San Vicente congregation. Last November 24, 2019, together with the whole-year focused efforts of TJFM Main, they opened another daughter church, the Tagabaca congregation. On June 26, 2022, the TJFM Mat-i congregation officially began, and Dong is helping Joe Elen and Marlon pioneer this congregation.

Joecel "Mai" and Joy were originally leaders of the Cebuano congregation. They now pastor the Taligaman congregation.  Mai and the brethren in Taligaman congregation started reaching out to people in a neighboring Barangay, Brgy Bugsukan. God blessed their efforts, and last April 28, 2019, they finally opened our new outreach, TJFM Bugsukan. 

Elvira "Daday" helped to transition the Taligaman congregation from a Bible study group into a local church. She handed Taligaman church over to Joecel and Joy in order to establish the Libertad congregation. After Libertad was established, Elvira handed the congregation over to Jennifer.

Elvira and Jun now pastor the Kinamlutan congregation. She also handled Evening congregation for a while, but then it closed after the COVID-19 pandemic. Kinamlutan was the church plant of Evening congregation. Kinamlutan is a work that was handed over by YWAM Butuan to TJFM last December 2020, after YWAM worked there for over 5 years through community development.

Jennifer is a registered nurse who worked as an OFW in Saudi Arabia. When she came home to Butuan she assisted Elvira in Libertad congregation. When Elvira moved out to pastor the new church in Kinamlutan, Jennifer was assigned to pastor Libertad congregation.

Jessaly and Julius were volunteer leaders at the Cebuano congregation. They were assigned as pastors when the Cebuano congregation pioneered the San Vicente congregation.

Reynald and Kwinzy took over as pastors of Youth Impact (the youth congregation of TJFM) after Eddie and Liezel Amarille (pioneers of Youth Impact), led by the Lord, relocated to another city. Together with their Core Group, Reynald and Kwinzy are ministering to the youth, growing this congregation, and raising up youth leaders in this new season. God is sending many young people to Youth Impact.

Joe Elen and Marlon were former pastors of the Evening congregation. They relocated to Mat-i, Las Nieves and were challenged by TJFM leaders to start a new TJFM church in their town. They did, and Dong came to help them pioneer the Mat-i congregation.

Lito and his daughter, Cherry (in picture), started a fellowship in their town of Nasipit. They approached the leaders of TJFM and requested to affiliate their congregation to TJFM. The TJFM Core Group approved and now TJFM Main church is helping this congregation grow as a TJFM church.

Rene was a volunteer of Taligaman congregation and helped Joecel in the ministry in Bugsukan congregation. He is now an associate pastor in TJFM, working in these 2 congregations, actively involved in Bible studies, evangelism, visitation, intercession, and community services.
